The interns would work on corporate alternative dispute resolution i.e. arbitration, mediation, and conciliation in India. We would require the intern(s) to do a thorough desk/secondary research to write a detailed research report on the above topic. The table of contents would be provided to the interns upon commencement of the internship. While the Kantar team would provide some leads, it is expected that the intern would be energetic, resourceful and self-motivated to deliver a quality report. The internship applicants with good academic resources at the command (such as library memberships, student subscriptions, etc.) would be preferred.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include providing a detailed report in MS Word (500+ pages) with text, figures, charts, etc. wholly based on secondary/desk research.
Kantar offices are in New Delhi/Gurgaon; however, we may prefer current students who are studying in Delhi and can make use of their college /institute/university resources such as libraries and student subscriptions. In such cases, we may allow for around 2-3 days per week of work from home.
