About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting the petition to be filed before Hon'ble NCLT/NCLAT
2. Assisting corporate insolvency resolution process
3. Appearing before Hon'ble NCLT/NCLAT
4. Preference shall be given to candidates who have prior experience of corporate insolvency resolution process

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 30th Apr'22 and 4th Jun'22

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests
