3. Examining the case paper/documents and preparing fact sheets and notes

5. Handling miscellaneous works related to the above-detailed assignment
6. Conducting research and working on judgments analysis
7. Focusing on the practice areas of IPR, telecom media & broadcasting, company law and regulator and licensing
8. Working on laws to deal with media, regulations tariff order, TRAI Act, DoT order, and directions, trademarks, copyright, IBC and companies act

About Sandeep Arya
Mr. Sandeep Arya is a 2004 law graduate from the faculty of law, Delhi University. Having more than 18 years of PQE. He had worked with media companies and headed the PAN India telecom litigation for almost 7 years dealing with the media, broadcasting, and cable infrastructure business. He also served and gave consultancy to some PAN India telecom operators, operating under UL, and UASL, licenses, and managed their litigation and regulatory communications. His profile includes telecom litigation, and he is a regular face at TDSAT, high courts & supreme court in relation to telecom cases. Prior to this, he handled corporate litigation & IPR teams at Delhi-based leading law firms. At present incapacity of partner-in-execution, he manages and attends all the litigation of SBK legal having its office in South Delhi area and look after TDSAT, district court, both civil criminal, IPR prosecution, registration& litigation, and the original side matter of high court.
