5. Preparing good quality drafts and collating relevant case laws and information
6. Drafting letters, legal documents, agreements, contracts, and other commercial documents required from time to time for the company
7. Drafting and solidifying agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company s full legal rights
8. Providing clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
