About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Appearing before courts for filing cases, giving evidence, etc.
2. Filing cases under the arbitration
3. Coordinating with advocates towards the closure of the cases
4. Making available the litigation files to the advocates
5. Maintaining and updating excel sheets as a record of all the cases filed by the company and filed against the company
6. Drafting representations/replies before SEBI
7. In-house drafting/vetting agreements
8. Negotiating with the third party over the terms and conditions of the agreement
9. Reviewing employee s agreement
10. Understanding and implementing amendments relevant to the company s working
