Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on examination and drafting in respect of files having legal issues like land disputes, non-compliance of the order, 80 CPC notice & administrative issues like promotion, transfer, appointment, etc.
2. Assist in preparation of draft note to MoD/MOL mentioning the legal grounds for filing/challenging the judgment/orders passed by the concerned court
3. Work on examination/scrutiny of the proposal for obtaining the legal opinion of LA(defense) regarding the filing of appeals in the high court and SLP in the apex court
4. Provide a specific course of action and interpretation of act/rules to process the case related to the acquisition, transfer, and diversion of land from various agencies/government bodies and issues addressed by the concerned authorities
5. Examine the issues in post-acquisition litigation and assist in the preparation of replies
6. Assist the DEO in preparing replies in the PPE Act case of a particular old grant bungalow (OGB)
7. Prepare legal letters around business contractual disputes
