About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting & vetting lease deed/rent agreements and addendum to agreements
2. Drafting the legal notices and notice reply
3. Studying lawsuits filed by an individual or other business and find appropriate methods to save and ensure minimum loss to the company
4. Conducting legal due diligence & document review of various agreement
