Swadharma Human Care Foundation is a Lucknow based not for profit company, offering specialized child protective services. We aspire to build a society where no child is deprived of justice due to the lack of access to adequate legal assistance.
The organization provides specialized services especially legal service to every child who comes in contact with the law & the juvenile justice system stakeholders, thereby strengthening the juvenile justice system in the country through assistance, research, capacity building, and collaboration.
We work towards ensuring effective access to the criminal justice system by adhering to child-sensitive procedures. Through our work, we ensure a protective and rehabilitative environment for every such child we work with, by providing child-friendly need-based assistance, support and guidance.
