Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Job Description:

1. Maintaining and managing relations effectively with clients
2. Maintaining the standard of legal services provided to the clients through a systematic procedure
3. Identifying and managing risk exposures and delivering proactive, effective and strategic advice for our operations in India
4. Playing an important role in advising on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts associated with each of the firm business lines, including assisting with tender responses
5. Assisting in the firm's legal and compliance projects

Sounds like you? To apply you need to:

1. Hold a law degree from a recognized law school and 0-2 years of post-admission experience in private practice or an in-house position
2. Have the ability to build strong relationships and engage with a very broad range of stakeholders with diverse skill-sets and personalities
3. Have good communication skills
