About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help draft and edit the contract templates
2. Draft various court documents, invoices and enclosures at attorneys request
3. Assist in putting together a standard form of a confidential agreement
4. Organize legal memoranda and client correspondence

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per lead generated).
