Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting documents for filing in court and in arbitration
2. Traveling to court, counseling chambers, government offices, client sites, other High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India, etc. (expenses will be covered, and traveling outside the city is unlikely until the covid-19 pandemic subsides)
3. Occasionally performing mundane tasks for hours or days on end, such as finding a particular gazette notification in the library/online
4. Researching such as finding relevant case law, looking through and reading the relevant portions of reference books, to interpret the law
5. Writing papers, and articles on specific subjects
