About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting and/or reviewing and vetting legal agreements and documents
2. Working on legal data library management and other allied legal operations
3. Handling a variety of general corporate legal matters
4. Researching regulations, laws, and legal articles to stay updated with any and all regulations that will affect the organization in any way
5. Working closely with other inter- and intra-departments

2. Knowledge of the Contract Act, etc.

5. Candidate should either be in the 4th/5th year of a 5-year law course, or in the final year of a 3-year law course, or a fresh legal graduate (preferred)

6. Candidate should be willing to work from the office full-time (Marol, Mumbai)
