About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the drafting of agreements, plants, notices, etc. and give briefs and opinions on various legal documents
2. Research and compile the report on law & related case laws on topics as assigned
3. Assist in counseling in litigation matters
4. Conduct due diligence
5. Prepare standard drafts & policies11
