About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting and finalizing reports with respect to general insurance claim cases like theft, own damage, third-party claims, mediclaim, drafting of life insurance claims report
2. Working on litigation support (consumer forum, brand protection, FIR record retrieval from respective court)
3. Filing of RTI's and its follow up
4. Liasioning with the government authorities and other authorities
5. Guiding/mentoring the field team on how to undertake/investigate cases on the field for effective result
6. Liasioning with counsels of different locations
7. Shortlisting of the counsels from district courts of Bihar and Jharkhand who would assist us in our cases for docs retrieval etc.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 5th Jan'20 and 4th Feb'20

1. Should have interest in MACT act and its details, criminal laws pertaining to the same

2. Should be residing in Patna

6. Should be open to extended working hours when required

7. Should be skilled enough to initiate a process from scratch

8. Should have researching ability with command over English language and basic computer knowledge
