About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents
2. Counsel clients and potential clients on legal matters
3. Identify legal or contractual issues and develop new approaches to resolve complex issues
4. Provide legal advice to senior management regarding various corporate and business matters
5. Remain current on federal and state laws, regulations, and practices affecting the company business
6. Manage relationships and collaborate with co-counsel
