About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding of multi-country jurisdictions and ensuring corporate compliance in various countries
2. Maintaining the statutory registers of the company
3. Preparing notice, agenda and agenda notes for board ad committee meetings
4. Conducting board meetings, maintain investor relations, respond to queries on a timely basis
5. Drafting the board, committee minutes and circular resolutions
6. Drafting and implementing a wide variety of complex and multi-party agreements
