1. Work on contract and case drafting and legal documentation for the company and its clients
2. Wok on IPR related agreements filing, legal responses for trademarks, patents, copyrights, and related hearings
3. Work on corporate, commercial, and M&A agreements
4. Work on arbitration - conduct proceedings, filing cases, and attend hearings
5. Consolidate and maintain the company s database of cases, update them, and follow up
6. Work on research case law and provisions and prepare notes on case positions
7. Prepare case abstracts and briefing notes for counsel and other advocates
8. Download/Procure case documents from courts and compile and list all documents
9. Initiate and issue notices on behalf of the company and its clients
10. Attend/Appear on behalf of the company or its clients for tax, property, and other matters
11. Perform general administrative, training, and documentation tasks
