About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. HR audit
2. Database maintenance
3. Prepare standard format for the direct employees' daily shift wise entry records
4. Prepare standard format for the Contractors and Apprentices daily shift wise entry records
5. Direct employees' leave tracking
6. Design, implement & monitor daily in & out registers for each contractor and sub-contractor as per PF & ESI guidelines
7. Design, implement & monitor a uniform & labor law compliant process for the attendance and stipend of apprentice
8. Daily audit checks on main gate & material gate to validate vendor headcount and transporter compliance
9. Undertake attendance & leave related compliance activities pertaining to maintenance of registers as per monthly compliance calendar
10. Compliance dashboard preparation for management review
11. Check attendance and other compliance records for the monthly contractors bill process
12. Prepare and send intimation letters to the employees who are absent from duty without any information
13. Conduct HR Helpdesk to solve employee queries on a weekly basis or as per the schedule
14. Participate in New Joining Induction programme as per schedule
