As our legal intern, you'll have the opportunity to make an outsized impact on our business by helping us with global expansion. You'll work directly with the head of operations and general counsel and will be involved with our daily operations. You will be empowered to own problems, drive solutions, and be accountable to our business goals. This position comes with a massive influence on how our business grows.
1. Working on all legal matters at ASVPL
2. Working closely with external legal advisers to acquire licenses across all the countries we have intended to extend to
3. Handling our intellectual property rights
4. Managing and updating the KYC, AML, and compliance policies and procedures
5. Producing and reviewing commercial agreements and investment subscription agreements
6. Assisting with domestic and foreign trademark ownership
7. Keeping track of all existing agreements and ensuring we are adhered to
8. Handling other allied tasks
