1. Conducting legal and factual research and analysis concerning blockchain and crypto regulations, affiliates, licensees, and administration clients
2. Analyzing and drafting various legal documents
3. Preparing legal memos and correspondence

5. Assisting the legal staff with general matters
6. Collaborating closely with the legal team on all work

1. Must be from a legal educational background
