Lead Generation - India IT Staffing Internship

Experience: Open to junior and senior level executives in India IT staff augmentation sales.

Who are we looking for? CG Advantage is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented business development member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying high-potential leads, developing compelling sales strategies, and propelling our sales pipeline forward. You'll work closely with senior sales representatives and contribute directly to achieving ambitious revenue goals.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify leads aligned with the target market of CG Advantage
2. Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns through various channels (e.g., email, phone, social media)
3. Craft engaging sales pitches that highlight the unique value proposition of CG Advantage and address specific client needs.
4. Manage the initial stages of the sales cycle, including lead qualification, prospecting, and appointment setting.
5. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
6. Assist with developing and implementing marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads
