About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate funds through the face-to-face fundraising technique by pitching about our working areas/events/programs/achievements
2. Acquire new donors and create leads for potential donors
3. Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the organization

About DRCSC

DRCSC was formed in 1982 as a non-governmental resource center for the collection, collation, and dissemination of knowledge and skills regarding sustainable agriculture and alternative livelihood. Since 1992, DRCSC was focused on improving the food and livelihood security of the rural poor through scientific management of natural resources and community-based initiatives on the basis of principles and actions, that are environment-friendly, economically appropriate.

Presently, DRCSC works with a network of local NGOs and mutual cooperation groups for implementing different projects and programs. DRCSC extends its activities in 11 districts of West Bengal.
