About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
2. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
3. Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
4. Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
5. Find and develop new markets and improve sales
6. Focus sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers
7. Develop quotes and proposals for clients
8. Keep the reporting manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
9. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
10. Adjust/create content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
