Lead Generation Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients for recruitment and staffing services using various online platforms, industry directories, and databases.
2. Cold Calling & Email Outreach: Conduct cold calls and send targeted emails to generate interest in our services and create opportunities for the business development team.
3. Data Collection: Collect and maintain a detailed database of prospective clients, including key contact information and business needs.
4. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their recruitment needs and aligning them with the company's services.
5. Follow-Up: Assist in following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and online inquiries.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to ensure leads are being nurtured and converted into opportunities.
7. CRM Management: Update and manage leads in the company's CRM system, ensuring that all interactions are properly logged and tracked.
8. Market Research: Assist in researching industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to support the lead generation process.
