Lead Management/Digital Marketing Internship

Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics
2. Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality, and simplification
3. Develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency
4. Monitor and measure the benefits of post-process implementation to ensure product quality, efficiency, and improvement
5. Identify risks and issues in business processes and systems
6. Analyze operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements
7. Prepare business process reports for management and customers
8. Maintain and update all the process related reports for reference purposes
9. Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
10. Perform market analysis and research on the competition
11. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
12. Prepare promotional presentations
13. Help distribute marketing material

Requirements:

1. Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
2. Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications
5. Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
