About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collecting basic data required for analysis like cycle time, process flow, machine requirements, etc., from the shop floor whenever necessary
2. Developing formats for the same & implementing it on the shop floor, if needed
3. Preparing project timelines using Gantt charts or other tools with milestones
4. Defining, tracking, and reporting project KPIs by ensuring regular communication to senior management
5. Scheduling client meetings & regular follow-ups regarding deployment activities
6. Upgrading their own skills on lean concepts & tools
7. Assisting the consulting team in lean deployment at the client sites as per project proposal
