Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 24th Aug'21 and 28th Sep'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must have knowledge of current trends in the distress debt industry
2. Must have sound knowledge of banking law and the Negotiable Instruments Act
3. Must have a good understanding of the SARFAESI Act, DRT, and IBC law, etc.
4. Must have work experience in banking/similar industry would be an added advantage
5. Must have sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
6. Must have good oral and written communication skills
7. Must be a confident individual with excellent presentation skills
8. Must have good knowledge & experience of using MS Office
9. Must take ownership of the work
10. Must have done graduation or post-graduation in law (LLB /LLM)
11. Must have 1-5 years of similar experience
