1. Content Creation: Develop engaging educational content focused on life skills including time management, organization, stress management, resume writing, interview skills, and job hunting for students aged 5th to 12th grade. Create video content suitable for platforms like Instagram and YouTube, targeting a youth audience.
2. Workshops and Practical Training: Organize workshops and provide practical training sessions to impart essential life skills to students, enabling them to apply these skills in their daily lives.
3. Youth Engagement: Encourage active participation, facilitate discussions, and provide guidance to help students integrate these life skills into their routines.
4. Social Media Engagement: Utilize Instagram and YouTube to share the created content, engage with followers, and foster a community focused on entrepreneurship and practical life skills.
5. Experience with Youth Education: Demonstrate a good amount of experience in teaching students in the 5th to 12th grade, understanding their unique needs and learning patterns.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in teaching life skills including time management, organization, stress management, resume writing, interview skills, and job hunting to students.
2. Familiarity with creating content on Instagram and YouTube, possessing a substantial follower base and viewership.
3. Passion for entrepreneurship and empowering young individuals with practical life skills for personal and professional success.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and the online community.
5. Willingness to work on a revenue-sharing and PPC (Pay-per-content role) basis.

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 400 per hour).
