Machine Learning Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recognizing text from images (OCR) and edge/boundary detection in images
2. Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability
3. Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it
4. Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning
5. Finding available datasets online that could be used for training
6. Defining validation strategies
7. Defining the preprocessing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset
8. Training models and tuning their hyperparameters
9. Analyzing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them
10. Deploying models to production
