Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Have general management acumen and is out of a box thinker to solve business problems
2. Aggression to build new business lines and is open to travel extensively (to solve geography-specific problems
3. Self-starter who initiates ideas and drives them to bigger outcomes through experimentation and iterations
4. Identify, target, prospect, negotiate and close potential lead and be a single point of interface for all customers
5. Explore new avenues for new business expansion
6. Generate revenue by counseling prospects and converting them to sales
7. Handling escalation against the query raised by clients and managers
8. Handling software to manage leads and data along with daily and fortnight reporting of all performance for the entire division
9. Plan helps the team to achieve target achievement

Requirements:

1. Any full-time MBA graduate
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills strong analytical and critical thinking
3. Exceptional understanding of grammar structure of the target language (and English)
4. Ability to work remotely, using a variety of programs, such as Skype and Google docs
5. Must possess the ability to meet the stipulated quality of tasks and timelines
6. Driven/Motivated about working in an entrepreneurial setup & eager to learn and take ownership of assignments
7. Should be an excellent team player
