Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Represent the Great Leaders Institute on campus
2. Represent the Great Leaders Institute to the corporate for placement and training/workshop
3. Coordinate different events and trainings conducted by GLI
4. Promote and market GLI assessments and trainings in the campus, corporate, or network

Requirements:

1. The applicant must be undergoing any full-time course on campus or must have a good network of students - preferably an MBA or BBA or similar degree
2. Good communication and coordination skills
3. Interested in management and leadership related assignment
4. Good network and convincing skill

Note: The internship is applicable only for a period of 3 months. After that, the CTC would be 3.5-5L /annum including the variable. The designation would be management trainee. The position is in Kolkata, working from the office (3 days a week from office) for 3 months internship. The stipend would be fixed at 2K/month plus variable. This can be converted to a full-time position after 6 months based on performance. The start date would be immediate. we have multiple openings.
