About part time job/internship

Atma requires a volunteer to create operations manuals for its partner organizations. The major role of the volunteer is to understand the programs and services of the organizations in detail and capture it in a user-friendly operations manual.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with the organizations' leaders and program staff to understand exactly how the programs function
2. Capture every step of the program implementation in a detailed and easy to understand operations manual
3. Ensure that the operations manual can be used as a guideline document by new staff at the organization with minimal training
