Manual Testing Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Take the initiative in the quality assurance practice surrounding our clients applications
2. Collect testing needs from our project teams, and determine priorities that are consistent with business goals and objectives
3. Create, find, and implement automated testing methods
4. Create, find, and implement processes for manual testing
5. Create and maintain testing scenarios for our applications
6. Receive and verify bugs reported from our clients support teams
7. Report and document issues for our development teams
8. Test and validate features and fixes from our development teams
9. Maintain and organize documentation for system behavior
10. Plan, moderate, and report remote and one-on-one usability sessions to obtain user preferences and feedback
11. Present findings and recommendations in a plan that drives future design improvements
12. Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, completeness, and mitigate risks
