About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Promote continued excellence in supporting the research study on improved water scenario in the allocated villages
2. Conduct the qualitative household survey, verify and inventories the existing water harvesting structures, open wells, and borewell
3. Ensure to meet the given deadlines and timely compliance of the actions allocated by PC
4. Mobilize the focused members for the orientation and focused group discussions
5. Assist in arranging meetings with village leader/elders in the assigned villages as per the needs
6. Attend to any other task assigned by the project coordinator as per the needs of the organization
Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 9th Jul'20 and 13th Aug'20

3. are available for duration of 2 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Solapur, Akkalkot, Walsang, Alegaon, Achegaon, Shirvali Tarf Bhor, Halchincholi, Hanjagi and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Any graduation with prior experience in community development

2. Bachelors/Master degree in social work with will be an added advantage

3. Experience in data collection tools and questionaries'

4. Proficient in basic computer applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, forms and apps

5. Proficiency in Marathi and English

6. Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines

7. Must have a two-wheeler for commute purpose
