Marketing And Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage all clinical validations, pilot testing, and hospital visits
2. Handle marketing and collaboration
3. Track daily operations and report or resolve issues
4. Maintain company databases
5. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
6. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
7. Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
8. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
9. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
10. Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems
11. Oversee materials and inventory management
12. Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
13. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for ensuring that our marketing operations run smoothly
14. Identify prospective customers as well as new opportunities by conducting market research
15. Collaborate with the content and design team for creating brochures, newsletters, and other advertising materials
16. Assist us in the organization of marketing campaigns and promotional events
