Your number 1 responsibility is to create designs that make the user go "Wow, I want to click that button". If you can deliver this, 80% of the job is done.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make designs for brochures, landing pages, social media posts, and email newsletters.
2. Create or adapt vector illustrations when required for the app, media, etc.
3. Edit pictures and other visual content when required.
4. Maintain a set of best design practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts
5. Produce creative assets, including graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels.
6. Design landing pages and CTAs by understanding the user conversion funnel.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 8th Apr'25 and 13th May'25
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Bonus points if you're good with Canva, and additional bonus points if you can do basic video editing (even if it's just on Instagram or a mobile app).
You should be open to constructive feedback and willing to iterate quickly.
Freshers with a degree or certification in visual design, 3D multimedia, visual arts, or related fields are welcome.
You should have a genuine passion for design, especially in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
You should be able to work hard, deliver fast, and iterate faster.
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is expected. (Again, Canva skills are a plus!)
A portfolio that highlights your marketing-focused designs is highly recommended.
You should thrive in cross-functional teams, collaborating well with marketing, product, and tech.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
