About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with daily cafe operations and customer service
2. Helping create and post content on social media (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes)
3. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service
4. Supporting the team in brand collaborations and local business outreach
5. Learning and operating hospitality software and POS tools
6. Assisting in executing marketing campaigns and in-house events
7. Coordinating with vendors, influencers, and local partners
8. Being a part of brainstorming for menu promotions and creative campaigns
