Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research focused on the commercial real estate sector to gather insights on demand, pricing, and competitors
2. Analyse emerging trends, data, and market shifts to support strategic decision-making
3. Prepare and present regular reports on market findings, campaign performance, and business intelligence
4. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
5. Support the Corporate Affairs team in aligning marketing efforts with brand and business positioning
6. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their marketing and communication needs and deliver tailored solutions
7. Help create engaging content for social media, newsletters, brochures, and websites
8. Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams for branding and promotional collateral
9. Assist in organizing marketing events, site visits, and promotional activities
10. Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM tools
11. Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team
