Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about services using script
2. Enter and update customer information in the database
3. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
4. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
5. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Must be an excellent communicator (Good command over English, Hindi, and Kannada languages) and have superior people skills. Should be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. Should be a good initiator
