About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Acquire new affiliate partners to grow the organization s online education platform
2. Call potential affiliates (real-time basis)
3. Work closely with the sales & marketing team to contact prospects over the phone
4. Convert the prospects into affiliates and generate leads of students through affiliates
5. Work with the affiliate to deliver advertising campaigns
6. Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI
7. Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget, spend
8. Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management
9. Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses for the affiliate scheme
10. Coordinate with subordinates, managers, affiliates to grow business

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 800 per sales).
