1. Should be preferably in his/her mid-20s, exhibit high energy levels and ambition
2. Must be target driven, with an ability to achieve them
3. Basic common sense and ability to think on his/her feet
4. Good business sense required to understand the basics of the market with regards to needs of the customer, choices/competitors, role of price, etc.
5. Must have consumer insights - their psyche, trends, segments etc.
6. Must have the communication skills to understand the message and value proposition of The Apollo Clinic
7. Must be equally comfortable dealing with corporate as well as with individual customers
8. An ability to maintain poise and to nurture relationships is therefore important
9. Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Should be able to produce reports and documents using excel/word/PPT
12. Excellent presentation skills
