This project aims to establish the current service quality levels of HUL GT distributors in the Chennai Metro and build on the learnings to drive excellence in delivering retailer experience once we move to the Samadhan delivery model in 2020.
With Project Samadhan, it is imperative to establish a baseline for trade feedback on distributor servicing, DSE policy, issue resolution by field force teams, etc.
The success of Samadhan rollout is contingent on effective change management especially with the trade facing stakeholders RSSM and delivery teams.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding how the GT sales channel in HUL works and who are the key stakeholders in the value chain
2. Handling Project Samadhan
3. Establishing the primary and secondary factors for trade engagement quotient
4. Working on the detailed questionnaire (with LIKERT scale) to record trade response
5. Meeting 100+ outlets over 7 days and recording their responses, ensuring a correct mix of channels
6. Working on the communication module for Trade and MEs
