1. Current enrollment in a related BS or masters degree
2. Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
3. Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
4. Knowledge in local language and familiarity with local places
5. Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
