About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Actively engage customers through systemic BTL activations
2. Take ownership of maintaining a smooth offline presence in various BTL campaigns
3. Maintain excellent relationships with all the clients/customers & team members
4. Identify opportunities, keeping in mind their effectiveness and cross selling implications while adhering to brand guidelines
5. Represent BYJU'S in on-ground BTL promotional events in apartments and door-to-door marketing campaigns etc.
6. Amass footfall & generating leads
7. Handle queries of parents and students proactively
8. Audit and monitor the quality of the leads generated to measure effectiveness, and recommendation of improvements as needed
9. Call and email prospect customers or partners
10. Ensure proper conduction of multiple BTL campaigns with proper planning and forecasting based on the location
11. Report the progress to the higher officials on a daily basis
