Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Update product knowledge on an ongoing basis
2. Protect organisation's value by keeping information confidential
3. Act as a consultant to the client and offering them recommended services and solutions
4. Relationship building and after sales support
5. Fix appointments for products demos with clients followed by mailing them presentation
6. Handle inbound prospect calls and convert them into sales
7. Solve queries via inbound emails/calls to reduce friction in usage
8. Understand customer needs
9. Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion
