About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Join our team and help our customers feel satisfied and content by offering the best customer experience
2. Ensure a high level of service to them
3. Respond to customers over email, chat, and phone
4. Also responsible to handle queries on social media handles of the company.

- Experience of customer relationship management in your previous job
- E-commerce experience preferable
- Excellent written & spoken English
- Analytical thinking (our queries are not so simple and we only take intelligent people in our customer service team)
- Knowledge of Excel is a plus
