About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Meet the corporates on the leads provided by the company
2. Pitch them to collaborate with us for all real estate requirements by their company
3. Generate new leads from researching/cold calling the new startups regarding their relocation/expansion plans
4. Research and report on competitive leasing and specialty leasing trends in the industry and within the geographical and catchment areas
5. Develop connections with various companies admin employee who are the key decision maker for their company's expansion plans
