3. Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to travelers
4. Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
5. Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible
6. Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers
7. Provide all relevant and essential information to the tourists regarding their travel like weather, itinerary, and travel mode details
8. Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
10. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
11. Conduct research on destinations and industry trends
12. Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations, and refunds
13. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings
14. Contribute to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
