Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Calling potential skill seekers to learn about the career path he/she is interested in and suggesting the best training firm & course based on their personalized needs
2. Acting as a career advisor/mentor for the programs handled
3. Understanding the profile of the prospects, understanding the skill needs of the prospect/probing, educating, and sharing thorough information about the courses
4. Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you, which includes cold calling, need identification, course & training partner discussion, objection handling, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management
5. Maintaining a detailed report on a daily basis on our internal software applications
6. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre-sales and post-sales processes
7. Cold-calling as well as calling the leads generated by the digital team
