Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Complete process starting from inquiry generation, order processing, execution, delivery, and after-sales services and getting feedbacks from customers
2. Find new prospects by market research, staying in continuous contact of existing customers, working on India Mart, participating in exhibitions to showcase our products and technology
3. Understand customer s requirements and then prepare and submit a techno-commercial offer to the customers with the involvement of management, design, and operations
4. Follow up for purchase order and arranging meeting of MD (including hotel and travel) with the customer if required.
5. Prepare quotations for spares and consumables
6. Get landed cost of spares and consumables from purchase and then costing of spares
7. Arrange the engineer s visit to the customer s site in case of any plant breakdown
8. Prepare proforma invoice and follow-ups for the payment and pending C-Forms with the customers
9. Send acknowledgment to the customers in case of payment and C-Forms receipts
10. Give intent to the purchase and follow up if spare and consumables are not in stock
11. Send tentative dispatch plan to the customers
12. Perform co-ordination with stores for the dispatches
13. Send dispatch details to the customers
14. Take time to time Feedback from existing customers
15. Prepare and maintain MIS for everything
